The article was good but made the mistake of thinking that the ICAEW requires two-thirds of its members to approve the merger.It is only two thirds of those voting!
Thanks JeffYou are quite right, it only requires 2/3rds of those voting...so if people don't vote (and this gets through because of a low turnout) then the non voters will only have themselves to blame.Ken
