There is talk in the press of ICAEW wishing to push the AAT qualification overseas. Presumably it wishes to take some market share away from the CAT qualification of ACCA.

ICAEW could not organise a piss-up in a brewery.
ICAEW should stick to its knitting.
If it expecting to lose members then it should reduce its staff numbers and not keep on increasing them.
